How Our Planning Services Work
Step 1:
It's Time To Do Some Dreaming
The best way for us to get to know what you are looking for is by having you fill out our travel planning form before we have our initial phone conversation. This helps us make the most of our time.
* The more information you give us the better we can create the unique experience you are looking for.
Step 2:
Let's Be Sure We Will Work Well Together
After we receive your form, we will send you a follow up email to schedule a time to chat. This call is for us to get to know one another better, discuss your upcoming travel plans in more detail and answer any questions you might have.
If we both are comfortable moving forward, we will email you an invoice for our research and planning fee, with our terms and conditions.
* By paying this fee you are agreeing to our terms and condition, so please read them carefully.
Step 3:
It's Time To Craft Your Unique Vacation Package
Once we have received your research and planning fee, agreeing to our terms and conditions, we will get started creating your custom proposals. Because we are creating a custom package just for you it typically takes about a week to create these initial proposals.
When you receive these initial proposals, set aside some time to review them thoroughly. Ask any questions and give feedback on these initial proposals.
Once you have approved the itinerary, we will start securing reservations to make your trip go smoothly. We will go over pricing details with you and send you an invoice with secure credit card authorization form. All payments will be authorized through this invoice.
* It is important to remember prices are subject to change until deposits have been made to vendors.
Step 4:
Let The Countdown Begin

If you did not pay in full at booking, we will set up a payment plan that works for you. Making monthly payments will ease the stress when final payment is due.

Don’t hesitate to ask me questions as you think of them. I am here to make your planning as stress free as possible.

I will send you emails along the way helping you prepare.

About 2-3 weeks before your trip I will send you a travel pack with your itinerary, travel documents and other goodies.
* All monthly payments are due the 10th of every month, when the 10th falls on a weekend they are due the following Monday.
** Final payments are set by the vendor and I require authorization to me at least 7 days prior so we don’t have any last minute surprises.
Step 5:
Enjoy And Repeat
Before you know it you will be off making incredible memories, knowing all the essential details are taken care of! You can relax and enjoy your vacation. If something does arise while you are away, we are just a phone or text away to be there for you.
Don’t forget to tag us when posting about all the fun you are having and beautiful sites you are visiting. We think about you while you are gone, praying you are having the time of your life and love following alone on your adventures.
When you return, we want to hear all about the memories you made and get your feedback on your experiences. We love pictures too! This is one of our very favorite parts of what we do!
